Shipping:

All Exercise Equipment $100+ is shipped FREE to destinations within the Continental USA. Everything else* ships for just 4.99 flat rate shipping applies to Continental USA only

Most exercise equipment will ship within 5 business days.  Please note, most of these items are oversized, heavy and can take substantially longer to ship then smaller items ordered over via the internet.  In order to keep shipping costs to a minimum, these items are usually shipped via "ground" or "freight" shipping services.  Shipping times vary. 

All exercise equipment is shipped to curbside and/or door only meaning that the shipping company will not bring the item in to your home.  If you require that "white glove service" please request at time of ordering (extra charges will apply).  Please allow sufficient transit time for your order to arrive.

The Whole Body Store contracts with most manufacturers so that shipping is coordinated from their warehouse to your door, thereby eliminating expensive storage and additional shipping and handling charges which can substantially add to your price.  We constantly streamline our processes and pass those savings on to you! 

Returns:

All defective units are covered by manufacturer warranties.  Every unit is guaranteed to be in new condition and working correctly when delivered.  Manufacturers have committed to correcting any and all problems.  We will assist you in every way we can to make sure the manufacturer’s warranty policy is followed. 

Whole Body Store cannot be liable for mistaken, incorrect, unwanted or refused orders. In the case of "Buyer's Remorse" all authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees.   In addition, if delivery is refused for any reason all shipping fees (to and from) will be the responsibility of the buyer.  We encourage you to call or email us with any questions BEFORE you finalize your purchase, so we can ensure the best possible product and service for you.

Some of our product manufacturers will also ensure a product satisfaction guarantee, which will allow the return of non-defective merchandise.  However, some manufacturer's do not, and will only allow for the replacement of defective parts or products.  Each product is different.  In addition, some manufacturer's charge a re-stocking fee, as well as, additional shipping and/or handling charges in the case of “Buyer’s Remorse”.  In order to maintain our low prices, we must pass the same manufacturer policies onto each customer purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact WholeBodyStore in writing within 7 days of receiving delivery of your purchased item.  Items must be returned in same condition as received and in original packaging within 10 business days of receiving written authorization from WholeBodyStore.  You must prepay shipping and handling charges and either insure the shipment or assume responsibility for risk of loss or damage during shipment.   Return pick-ups are only scheduled during normal business hours.  Once shipment arrives and is in acceptable condition per our above state requirements, WholeBodyStore will credit your purchased price back, minus a 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges to your original form of payment. ALL Product Returns must be coordinated with and authorized by Whole Body Store prior to returning any product.  Most exercise equipment ships directly from manufacturer facilities and must be returned to the shipping origination facility. You must receive a return authorization RMA from  us before you attempt to return any product purchased.  Please include your order number, product purchased and full explanation for return.  We'll do our best to streamline this process.
