Description
This deluxe Slide Board is a 72" long and provides for exercise and conditioning including lateral slide training and plyometric training. The 72" length is perfect for smaller adults and children recommended max height is 5'7". If you are 5'7 or taller the 8' Slide Board is recommended. The board is non-adjustable and is 22" wide. Full portable, the slide board rolls up and includes a velcro strap and two booties.
Use for home exercise and fitness training, power sliding, and provides great training for skaters (inline, hockey training, etc.). Slide board training was recently featured on Biggest Loser Couples show on NBC.
